Gilles Richard
An accomplished coach and former professional player with decades of experience in player development.
Coach Gilles has guided athletes to the NHL, NCAA Divison 1, AHL, ECHL, European Leagues and beyond. He knows what it takes to get where you want to go.
He is recognized as one of the elite coaches and player developers in Florida, twice winning Coach of the Year honors and spending the last number of years guiding the elite Florida Alliance Tier 1 programs. He is also currently the Head Coach of Florida Southern's ACHA team.

Jake Richard
Jake Richard brings high-level playing experience and a passion for player development to CoachVisionIQ. A Buffalo Sabres draft pick (2022, 6th round) and current forward at the University of Connecticut, Jake has built his career through elite competition in the USHL with the Muskegon Lumberjacks and Tri-City Storm before emerging as a key contributor in Hockey East with the UConn Huskies.
Known for his hockey IQ, scoring touch, and strong two-way play, Jake pairs his on-ice pedigree with a genuine commitment to teaching. Each offseason he devotes significant time to coaching at camps and clinics, helping young athletes improve their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game.
Jake’s combination of NCAA Division I experience, professional-level development, and hands-on coaching makes him a valuable mentor for players looking to elevate their performance.
